Women Against Violence (WAV) is pleased to host the 5th Annual WAV Luncheon to recognize and honor survivors of violence and support the work of Samaritan House in the Hampton Roads community to serve adults and children victimized by violence.

Some key features of this year’s luncheon:
– Powerful keynote speech from Virginia Beach Police Department Sergeant Lanis Geluso
– Hosted by Kristen Crowley TV Personality of WTKR News 3
– Introducing the “Brooke Briggs Community Impact Award” to recognize Tarra Secrest and Tricia Hudson for their contributions to our mission, and honoring the legacy of Brooke Briggs, former Samaritan House Major Gifts Officer and past President of Virginia Beach Jaycees.
